Figure 1 A shows a comparison of the experimental blood concentration data points (red circles) following an IV input versus the theoretical blood concentration determined from the 2 exponential systemic response function (line). Figure 1 B shows a comparison of the experimental blood concentration data points (red circles) following an oral input with the theoretical blood concentration prediction determined from the deconvolution solution of the AM absorption rate function. Figure 1 C shows the cumulative AM absorption amount as a function of time.
