After oral administration of CNX-010-49 at 30 mg/kg (single dose) to Swiss albino mice (n = 4 per time point), pharmacodynamic activity of CNX-010-49 at different time points was measured in liver, muscle, adipose and brain tissues ex vivo as described in Methods.
