Effect of nobiletin on VEGF expression in PC-3 and DU-145 cells. (a) DU-145. (b) PC-3. Cells (1.0 × 104/well) were seeded into 96-well plates , incubated for 16 h, and treated with nobiletin for 24 h. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in cellculture supernate were analyzed with a Quantikine Human VEGF Immunoassay Kit from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN).
