Effect of INH on liver histopathological changes in rats. Rats were administered with 55 mg·kg− 1 d− 1 INH. At 3, 7, 10, 14, 21 and 28 d after administration, the livers were collected to observe for histopathological changes in HE staining of livers (original magnification, × 20).
