Grifolic acid does not reduce MMP of isolated mitochondria but reduces cellular NAD/NADH ratio in GH3 cells. a MMP of isolated mitochondria from GH3 cells was represented by JC-1 intensity. Grifolic acid (20 μmol/L) did not decrease MMP of isolated mitochondria in 20 min incubation.
