Albumin levels were significantly increased (a, p < 0.01), whereas total bilirubin (b, p = 0.06), PT/INR (d, p = 0.02), and ammonia (f, p < 0.01) were reduced after 1 year of tolvaptan treatment. The modified CP score was significantly improved (g, p < 0.01). The MELD score was also reduced, however, it not significantly (h, p = 0.13).
