  1. After 14 h of maturation, the embryo development of oocytes following IVF was tested. BPA at 50 and 100 μg/mL significantly decreased the rates of fertilization and blastocyst formation. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, and each replicate contained 30–40 oocytes. The data were analysed with one-way ANOVA, followed by Dunnett’s post-hoc test. a-dValues with different superscripts in the same column differ significantly (P < 0.05)
