These figures are derived from the ratio between the pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines produced in the presence of arsenite, CoQ10 and DMSA. Mice were administered with 15 mg/kg arsenite, 200 mg/kg CoQ10 and 50 mg/kg DMSA in the order indicated on the figure. Upon determination of the serum IFN-γ and TNF-α and IL-10 levels, TNF:IL-10 (a) and INF:IL-10 (b) ration were calculated and analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey’s test for group comparison.
