The figure shows the effect of arsenite, CoQ10 and DMSA on kidney tissue. Mice in the indicated group were treated with 15 mg/kg arsenite 200 mg/kg CoQ10, and 50 mg/kg DMSA. After 45-day treatment period, they were sacrificed, and blood obtained. Serum was processed and used to determine the creatinine levels.
