Bioinformatics analysis for effects of propofol on the gene expression profiles according to GSE106799 datasets. Using data from GSE106799 dataset, we performed Gene cluster GO analysis revealed the biological functions of neurons influenced by propofol. A, the up-regulated genes after propofol treatment are primarily associated to biological functions, such as cell signal, cell proliferation, response to hypoxia and so on. B, the down-regulated genes after propofol treatment are related to biological functions, such as feeding behavior, long-term memory, negative regulation of transcription, and so on. Treatment with propofol decreased the expression of Arc, DNMT3A and DNMT3B (C, D & E, respectively). GO, Gene Ontology
