Effect of PI3K inhibitor LY294002 on autophagy post rats CI/R injury. The rats were injected with PI3K inhibitor LY294002 (10 mM) before cornin (10 mg/kg) treatment. Autophagy-associated proteins were assessed by western blotting using western blot analysis, and the full-length blots/gels are presented in Figure S3.
