One hundred ninety drugs shared side effect profile similarities with 27 antidepressants in the study. Drugs are represented by dots and similarities between drugs are represented by edges between dots. The thickness of the edges represents the cosine correlation coefficient as determined by formula 1, which represents the degree of side effect similarity between drugs. a Different type of antidepressants formed different clusters according to their side effect profiles.
