The effect of THC (50 μM) for a duration exposure period of 24-h on gene expression level of a number of key testicular growth factors VEGF (A), EGF (B), FGF (C), and GDNF (D) measured by RT-PCR in TM4 Sertoli cells. mRNA expressions were normalized to β-actin in each sample. THC significantly decreased growth factors expression levels. Data represent the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (n = 3).
