  1. Both the ratios of polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) to total erythrocytes (%) and the frequency of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocyte (‰) in treated group were not statistically different from those of the negative control animals, suggesting that the treatment with POM93 did not cause erythropoietic cell toxicity and genotoxicity in vivo. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. (n = 6). Statistical analysis: *P < 0.05 indicate a statistical difference with the control group by one-way ANOVA
