The assessment of the pharmacokinetic and physicochemical parameters of the continentalic acid using Swiss target prediction software. The various physicochemical parameters that were assessed includes bioavailability, absorption, distribution and water solubility. The continentalic acid followed the Lipinski, Ghose, Veber and Egan rule, while showed the bioavailability score of 0.56
