HFD synergistically up-regulated the fatty acid synthesis gene of the liver of F1 and F2 male rats induced by perinatal exposure to NP. The NP treated alone rats significantly up-regulated the mRNA levels of Fas, Srebp-1, Ppar-γof F1 and F2 male rats.
