Serum factors in anaphylactoid guinea pigs (mean + SD, n = 6). Guinea pigs received a dose (15 mg, 1 ml) of intravenous injection for evocation without sensitization, and the serum was obtained 30 min following the evocation. Serum factors, including IgE (A), HIS (B), CRP (C), HMGB1 (D), and C5a (E), were detected using ELISA kits.
