BDMC administration inhibits inflammatory responses in ALI mice. Mice were intragastrically administered with BDMC (100 mg/kg/day) for 3 days, and then intratracheally injected with a single dose of LPS (5 mg/kg). Mice were sacrificed 12 h post-LPS injection with the lungs collected for further examination. (A-C) The levels of inflammatory cytokines were assessed in murine lungs (n = 6).
