Each current amplitude was measured at the beginning of a short depolarizing pulse (−100 to −10 mV). In the experiments of SAF plus dopamine and SAF plus serotonin, dopamine (10 μM) or serotonin (10 μM) was added when the cells were exposed to SAF (30 μM). Each point represents the mean ± standard error of the mean (n = 7). The statistical analyses were done by ANOVA-1, P < 0.05, followed by post-hoc Fisher’s least-significant different test, P < 0.05. *Significantly different from control (P < 0.05)
